Dr. Charlene was great! She asked all the right questions, really listened to what I had to say, and offered clear solutions for why I came in.
What stood out most was how comfortable she made me feel right away. I didn’t feel rushed or judged at all.
I would absolutely go back! We already set up ongoing care, and she’s now my official psychiatrist. Highly recommend!

The doctor was great, the process of finding him was absurd through zoc doc. I booked someone with a completely different name on Tuesday and I was given this so I just accepted it.

The reason for my rating of 4 instead of 5 for my appointment is that I had to pay, and I’m pretty sure that should have been covered by my Medicare Supplement Plan G, and the office hasn’t gotten back to me yet. Everything else was fine.
