Dr. Mbadugha was kind enough and answered a few of my questions, however within the first few minutes of the call I saw her pull out her phone right on camera and just read and type text messages as I was talking to her. I could even see the phone screen right on camera. This felt really disrespectful considering that I am paying for her time and attention and talking about really sensitive subjects, so I will not be returning. Also, I'm unsure how involved she is in this part, but her office would spam call me around 6pm everyday for a week leading up to the appointment, it was really annoying and I have never experienced that from a clinic before. I even told them that is not a good time to call, but they continued to do so.

IJ is truly something special. She took the time to really listen to me, understand what I’ve been dealing with, and responded with so much care and gentleness. The way this provider treated me was with the same kind of warmth and attention someone gives their loved one, and that’s unbelievably rare to find in healthcare. I truly felt supported, believed, and genuinely cared for. Most importantly, she never looked at me like a label or a diagnosis. She saw me as a whole person. For the first time in a long time, I felt human and understood. I’m so grateful for her kindness and the way she shows up for me at every appointment.

I love my provider she’s amazing! I was feeling so lost and just completely low on energy until I met her. She put me on the right treatment plan and literally gave me the tools to get my life back. My mom and I completely love her.
