Dr. Napchan was extremely helpful to me in advising and educating me about my migraines at a difficult juncture when my previous doctor retired suddenly and I couldn’t get an app’t with someone new quickly He also prescribed a needed medication that has been working for me. He was thorough, attentive and patient. He also understands mast cell activation which most doctors don’t. I really felt in good hands with Dr. Napcham.

Dr called 5 minutes before scheduled appt to tell me I was out of network. I submitted paperwork approx 10 days prior .why wait until I was ready for my visit to inform me . Highly unprofessional. Moving on to another doctor.
