Bedside manner was lacking. Struggled with connection the whole video call, so a lot of cutting in and out. I had to ask him to repeat himself a lot, and still missed a lot of what he was saying. Seemed knowledgeable, but too matter of fact and not personable at all.

Very caring and friendly office staff. Dr. Pavel is a knowledgeable and caring psychiatrist. Psychiatrists I’ve seen in the past had no way of patients being able to reach out to them in between appointments which were spaced 4-6 months apart. Dr. Pavel is actually invested in my well-being and accommodated me with an earlier follow up with clear instructions on how to reach out prior to my next appointment.
