My first visit was getting x-rays, scans and check out health of my teeth. Lisa was the dental technician and she was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions. Dr. Harberg was the Dentist and reviewed all the information Lisa gathered and discussed with me his findings, he listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He proposed a plan to fix certain problems with my teeth. The dental office coordinator went over the details such as timing and cost of the items on Dr. Harberg's plan. I was happy they were able to work with me on scheduling.

After almost 40 years seeing the father and then the son in a dentist family, I was nervous to make a switch and try a new dentist. Dr. Harberg was great, as was the hygienist. They were very thorough and really took the time to talk to me to find out how they could best treat my oral health.

Her friendly and professional demeanor over the phone immediately put me at ease, and when I arrived for my visit, she continued to provide exceptional customer service in person.

Dr, Harberg did not say there’s one way only, but he would take the information from his consultation and from the records of previous dental work and let me know what my options are. I have been so worried about how I could manage the work, and they made me feel less anxious and more confident it can be done.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire appointment. The level of care, patience, and attention to detail is outstanding—I never once felt rushed.
The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. What really stood out to me was how gentle and thorough the dentist was. For the first time, I left an appointment actually feeling good about going to the dentist!

Excellent care. Cheyenne, who handled my appointment, was lovely. Dr. Bender's assistant, Rita, was fantastic and ensured I was comfortable. I've sat in more than one hundred dental chairs, and without a doubt, Dr. Bender was present, knowledgeable, easy to speak to, and knew exactly what I needed. As a patient with PTSD from a dental procedure that turned my life upside down, there was no anxiety, and I felt safe. I would recommend this practice to everyone who requires dental care with compassion.

Dr. Bender and the staff at Branin are exceptional! I have never had such a pleasant dental experience and the office, staff and Dr. are top notch! Dr. Bender is an expert at getting a patient numb with the smallest amount of medicine. I got to watch a cooking show while getting a root canal and fillings replaced!! I was fine a couple hours later and I now know, there is no other dentist for me! Thank you Dr Bender for your professionalism and care as a dentist.
