Hi. I'm Breanne. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), practicing in California. I enjoy working with individuals who are eager to improve their lives. Many of my clients are facing bipolar disorder, have depressive or anxious symptoms, have been diagnosed with ADHD, feel overwhelmed by stressors, or are moving through a difficult life transition. I work through a Person-Centered perspective which means I see my clients as collaborative partners. We work together to find a path that leads to a healthier, more satisfying life experience. I draw from theories such as Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal & Social Rhythm Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to create a customized treatment plan to suit the needs of each of my clients.
