Before finding Dr. Henley, I had almost given up on therapy altogether. But from my very first session, I knew he was the right fit for me. He’s helped me make progress in ways I haven’t experienced with previous therapists, and I walk out of each session feeling supported, challenged in the right ways, and genuinely heard. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective care.

Dr. Henley is the GOAT—been through 3 others therapists but now I’be been seeing him for almost 2 years. His therapy feels very human-centric as opposed to clinical. And so, he has over time (it does take a bit longer than something like a worksheet but I much prefer the level of understanding I get) given me the tools to better understand myself and the world:)
