My experience with Dr. Ross was wonderful! I was in and out in 17 minutes!!! Greeted warmly by the front office and seen immediately by Dr. Ross. We chatted. He listened. He responded with immediate and appropriate intervention right away. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I booked a follow up and I was out. Zero waiting around. Highly recommend Dr. Ross and his office! I’ll be going back regularly (fortunately but unfortunately!).

Zocdoc lists them as "in network" for my insurance (emblem health). I scheduled an appointment but was given the message to confirm with a call. When I called the next morning, the receptionist was unaware of my visit. After a very confusing back-and-forth where they kept telling me they took my insurance, it was determined that they are not actually in network, and only "take it" as out-of-network. Clearly a terminology faux pas by office staff, but problematic because the website lists them as accepting it.

I did my own online research to find the right physician with the right credentials to treat my problem.
I was a bit hesitant as I’ve never used the ZocDoc online service.
It took only a few minutes to go through the steps to make the appointment and match my insurance with the right physician.
Dr. Ross is a wonderful physician with a very genteel bedside manner. Very professional and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise.
He took the time to listen and explained everything thoroughly.
His office nurse, Tara, was welcoming and friendly.
My appointment was on time, no waiting.
I am so pleased to have found Dr. Ross so close to home.
I highly recommend Dr. Ross.

Dr. Gabriel Ross is a GREAT doctor! I am SO happy to write this review because Dr. Ross gave me more information and answers during our meeting than I received in the past two years from my doctor and neurologist. At first, I was apprehensive to tell him my whole story because I know doctors nowadays are overbooked. But Dr. Ross REALLY did take the time to listen, to ask questions and give great feedback and advice. He even listened when I told him about other problems that had nothing to do with my feet. But he showed me how all my issues were all tied together. I highly recommend Dr. Gabriel Ross! He is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate!
