I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. With over 15 years of nursing and mental health experience, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to my work.
I use an integrative approach that combines evidence based therapies with medication management when appropriate. My philosophy is to treat the whole person not just the symptoms by exploring each client’s unique story, strengths, and goals. I believe healing happens through collaboration, and I partner with clients to create personalized treatment plans that foster balance, resilience, and growth.

I am so, so appreciative of the care and attention Oluwatoyin provided me while I was in a pinch. She was able to see me same day and worked tirelessly for 24 hours back and forth with various pharmacies to get me an emergency dose of my medication while traveling. She was so responsive and her assistant was extremely attentive and helpful as well. She was a fantastic listener and it was really clear to me how much she cares about her patients and their well being by the way she goes above and beyond to ensure they have the assistance they need and more no matter what it takes.

I’m someone with little patience and high irritation when I’m unmedicated, but Ms. Toyin was so patient with me. She made me feel welcomed and showed me she was dedicated to helping me even though I resisted. I’m thankful for her.
