With over 15 years of nursing and mental health experience, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to my work.
I use an integrative approach that combines evidence based therapies with medication management when appropriate. My philosophy is to treat the whole person not just the symptoms by exploring each client’s unique story, strengths, and goals. I believe healing happens through collaboration, and I partner with clients to create personalized treatment plans that foster balance, resilience, and growth.
