Bridge Wellness Counseling
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Many people reach out when stress, burnout, or life transitions begin affecting their well-being. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Somatic approaches to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact. In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and identify the most helpful path forward. Together we’ll develop practical tools to manage stress, shift patterns, and build greater balance and resilience.
I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck in difficult life transitions and relationships. Using Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Somatic therapy, we explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body responses interact while building practical tools to reduce stress, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to begin. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what you’re experiencing and work toward greater clarity, balance, and meaningful change when you feel ready.
