Bridgeport Family Medicine
Bridgeport Family Medicine was opened by Dr. Mike Phelps and Dr. Stan Adamek in 2014. They met during their family medicine residency training and came up with the idea of creating their own family medicine clinic. They felt that by opening a small private practice they would be able to provide their patients with a much higher level of service and individualized care, but at the same cost. Thus far, the results have been overwhelmingly positive. Having a small, privately owned clinic allows patients to always see the same provider and have more time to discuss their health with their doctor. We at Bridgeport Family Medicine look forward to providing this same quality of care for years to come.
Please note none of our physicians prescribe chronic opioids or benzodiazepines. We will refer to pain management or psychiatric services.
