I am a compassionate and client-centered psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and emotional balance. I provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Counseling.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, and I am committed to supporting clients with empathy, respect, and professional guidance.
