I booked through ZocDoc and was contacted by the office for pre-first visit documents through their (office) online portal. Everyone I spoke to knew what they were doing and had a fairly streamlined operation. I was checked in, taken back, triaged, and met with my new PC quickly. Through their portal I have easy access to my medical notes and lab results. I very much recommend Dr. Panara as she was receptive to my concerns and quick to offer pathways to clarify/diagnose what may be happening.
