I needed a psychiatrist asap for really bad anxiety, and Dr. Benjamin was able to confirm that I had been having panic attacks and prescribed medication to help as my new anti-depressants kick in. He was also optimistic that I would do well, which was something I needed to hear. Furthermore, I've needed to text him twice and he was quick to respond. I already have my follow-up scheduled.

I came here from a pretty big/popular practice where I felt like we were in a factory. Rinse and repeat.
I appreciate that I was able to get a same day appointment and our needs and concerns were acknowledged and factored into the conversation.
We are only one visit in but I already have a much more positive experience than our now former psychiatrist.

For over 2 months this practice screwed up my billing sending me notices of multiple months of unpaid bills, over 5 times I spoke with their secretary providing proof of payment it was never corrected. Finally I spoke with the owner Ben and emailed him the same information with no response to the information. I set this appointment to try once more to get this fixed and they approved the appointment then didn’t call or cancel the appointment but no one contacted me. Unprofessional, underhanded, unethical service price changes with out notice. Stay away

I booked an appointment with her but never received confirmation. I tried calling the number provided but no one picked up. I then drove to the location the appointment was supposed to be held at and it was some sketchy office building that had no signage indicating that they provided mental health services.

Hard to reach (only available Mondays), during my appointment she made me feel like a joke/embarrassed. She made the call painful to sit through. Also I wish i received some sort of documentation or visit summary… just felt very unprofessional.
