The received multiple texts confirming my appointment, received a check in form the day of prior to my appointment but upon arrival the office was closed. If the office is going to be closed at least have the decency to update the availability as I could have scheduled an appointment with a doctor that was actually available.

This was 1st appointment with a dentist since 30 years ago. I felt completely calm right away. Staff was amazing and on point. They gently explained the dental plan.

The doctor was not helpful. The rest of the staff was wonderful but the dentist himself was very unprofessional. He asked me almost no questions about my health or teeth, he only wanted to know how I got my insurance. He asked me to make my own treatment plan and couldn’t give me any answers about timing or risks. At the end of the appointment the doctor still hadn’t addressed my cavity. I was not given any instruction for care even after I asked specific questions. The hygienists and front desk staff were wonderful and polite and office was clean

My experience was professional, but I truly believe that I was rushed in and out of the office.
There could've been more time taken to explain to me what should be done.
I went in with a hole in my back lower tooth, and I have experienced some pain in this tooth.
I needed a prescription for pain, to no avail. We never even spoke about whether the tooth was bothering me.

I visited this dental office for the first time I was very nervous because I have dental anxiety but the hygienist made me feel very comfortable and explained all the details about my care. I would definitely refer this office to my friends and family
