Dr. Cho has issues with both medical ethics and skills—use caution!
I came because my braces caused a crown to come off. My orthodontist temporarily reattached it and advised a permanent bonding. Dr. Cho refused, insisting on a completely new crown. I explained I was fine with a new one later, as my orthodontist said crowns need adjustment after braces and I don't want to do twice within a year, so fixing first made sense. Dr. Cho denied this, refused to call my orthodontist. He then started to claim my temporary glue was strong enough as a “permanent.” When I mentioned my orthodontist’s urgent instructions, he said, “I don’t need to listen to them; I make my own judgment.” His “judgment” was simply tugging at the crown with his hand. He then claimed “ethical reasons” for refusal and then ethically suggested that if I don't make a new one, my orthodontist could simply let the crown fall out again, glue it temporarily again, and keep repeating this cycle. What an ethical suggestion!
