I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and Dr Zivkovic really helped put me at ease. She explained what she was doing and why step by step. At one point I got anxious and upset and she talked me through breathing and getting through. I didn’t feel judged or rushed which helped a lot with my anxiety. I definitely recommend Dr Zivkovic if you need a dentist that will support you and not judge you.

Very professional and accomplished and the same time personable, honest and straight talking . I could tell that the staff followed her professional , non condescending, sincerely helpful attitude towards me, an elderly, as well as , first time patient. This indicated to me that she is, more than likely, a caring and appreciative boss.

Office staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were ready for me. Dental staff was very personable and friendly. The doctor thoroughly explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. One of the better dental visits I’ve had in my lifetime.

I booked my appointment through Zocdoc with Dr. Ola Al-Faraki and could not be happier with my experience at Bright Whites Dental.
From the very beginning, everything was seamless. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was a huge relief. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. I even called right when they opened, and someone answered within minutes. That level of responsiveness immediately made me feel like they value their patients' time.
Dr. Al-Faraki was absolutely amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I came in with a cracked tooth from an unfortunate popcorn incident, and she was able to assess everything quickly while explaining what she was seeing in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. You can tell she really knows her craft. Her attention to detail and confidence instantly put me at ease. Will be back soon!
