On some days, the bare minimum can feel like an uphill climb. When your mind is running a mile a minute, it’s easy to get stuck in the “what ifs” of the future or the “what was” of the past. But the present moment — as imperfect as it might be — can also be a place to breathe and reconnect.
I work with clients to discover what a meaningful, values-driven life looks like for them and how to bring that vision to life. I believe we all possess strength and wisdom inside us — sometimes we just need a bit of guidance to find our way back to it.
I utilize EMDR to help clients release past trauma, DBT to build emotional resilience and mindfulness, and the Gottman Method to guide couples toward healthier communication and stronger connection.
I believe that everyone has a story and I would love to provide a place to hear yours. The times have been tough for quite a few people and I believe its important to take time to be mindful of what emotions, thoughts, and challenges that means to you exactly.
