Our mission is to provide excellent medical care in a family centered environment. Our practice is dedicated to providing quality care by assuring that each patient receives individual and personal attention. We accomplish this standard through close collaboration between our staff, our patients and their families.
Our philosophy is shared by all our staff, from physicians to the front desk. We value the relationships with our families, and enjoy caring for newborns through young adults.
As both a doctor and a parent, Dr. Nancy believes in a positive, happy experience for kids during their well and sick visits. We strive to accomplish that by providing as much comfort measures as feasible while providing a safe environment. It means each child is given the individual attention and treated with care and gentleness as if they were our very own.

The doctor is nice and I would recommend her. However, whoever is in charge of scheduling appointments for this office needs to be re-trained. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc twice and both times they cancelled my appointment and asked me to come at a different day or time. The second time, they gave me less than an hour notice of the cancellation and only communicated by voicemail, which I did not see in time to adjust my plans. If you want to see this doc, don't book through the website bc they don’t honor the appointments.

Dr. Nancy was wonderful! It was great to meet with an actual provider and not an NP. I have no issues with NP’s, but it was nice to see the actual provider. She was amazing with my son and thorough and detailed. She spoke to him like a regular person and not just a kid who doesn’t know anything. I appreciated her a lot.
I will say, the front of house staff were not the friendliest. They informed me that ZocDoc is for requesting appointments and not for scheduling and confirming, which would have been fine if they didn’t seem disgruntled and annoyed with me the entire time. I had a “booked confirmation” email, but I was told I shouldn’t have assumed it was confirmed. The nurse I dealt with before meeting Dr. Nancy was very blunt and did not have a good energy for a pediatric office. The office was dark and silent, which was slightly off putting.
All in all, we will definitely return - Dr. Nancy was awesome.
