As an honest rating, he seems very knowledgeable on everything. However his table side manors are the worst I’ve ever seen in the medical field.
It was like he didn’t believe everything I was saying. Makes sense now why his office is so rundown. The other 2 women at the office were great however.

The visit went well with the provider who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was, I had to walk for a long distance because where the clinic is located, busses don't go there. If you have your own transportation, there no problem.

My husband and I scheduled annual physicals on January 2 with Dr Patel. Because of the holidays, the office learned of our appointments only that morning, but they were gracious in accommodating us despite a busy office day, when some of their medical assistants were still on holiday. Dr. Patel himself took our vitals, history and medications. He was systematic and patient, and listened carefully. He also provided a needed referral and prescriptions. All in all, this was a positive experience, and we look forward to continue to work with him.

All went well except for the paperwork I completed in advance of the visit. The office couldn't access any of it. Spent 20 minutes doing all of it over. This elevated my blood pressure at today's visit unfortunately.

The entire staff was lovely, the person working the front desk was very kind and prompt, the RN/Tech that did my intake and vitals was incredibly personable and warm and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Patel was also personable and kind, professional, and had a sense of humor. She covered a lot of ground in our appt and provided me with referrals and a plan of action. Can’t recommend this office and provider enough, they rock!
