Had seen other doctors for help and they were not helpful. This guy got straight to the point and gave me everything I needed. I didn't feel like I had to fight to convince him so that I wouldn't get dismissed. Pretty awesome!

Super quick and simple to set up an appointment online, sometimes even same day. The location is so easy to get in and out of. Always parking right out front. You walk into a small waiting room that you first smell their air fresheners that are so wonderful, making you forget you're in a Doctor's office. The staff always remembers you and they'll happily make small talk while you wait. Wait time is minimal compared to other offices. There is always something interesting on the TV too, under which is a fridge with mini waters for nice cold water that just hits the spot. You are then led to the room you'll be seen in after a quick intake. I get Dr. Harold Martin. He is an amazing listener. He makes sure you understand what he is going to do and answers all of your questions. If there is something wrong, he genuinely wants to help get you better. He is also pretty funny so that helps calm the anxiety of seeing a Doctor. A good experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

I thought Harold was very nice, I liked his voice, and he was kind and attentive to my issues. I felt like he spent a good amount of time with me. I had written down my questions and concerns and he made communication a lot easier on me by reading them himself and answering me so I didn't have to talk as much. The person that took my blood and did my EKG was also very nice and professional but I didn't catch his name.

Searching for an empathetic doctor with an open ear, a kind personality, and patient approach with my visit. This type of value system is next to impossible within the oversaturated Medical field. Beyond grateful for trusting ZocDoc with an important task of narrowing down my options. Dr Martin is everything ALL medical staff should follow. He listens, he is compassionate and he is very clear when speaking, which is a bigger deal than many realize. Calling the office directly will get you further than the Breeze App after establishing with this practice.

He listens, he sees, he feels, he is puntual, he knows when to sense urgent attention is needed as well. That's all anyone can hope for with choosing a doctor. A rare find in the arduous journey through the American Healthcare system! Wish I could have found his practice, sooner. Staff is proper with communication, answering phones and pleasant to speak to. Video appts are so so important to those that wince in the thought of a drive anywhere. This due to physical limitations. Thankful and beyond grateful.

Very professional, ,clear communication, it was nice that the doctor waited for me to fill out the forms online since I was having some trouble it was easy to resolve staff was able to take my call quickly and communicate how to get the forms summited in time to be seen in the webzoom page and I was able to be seen still unlike others that have just skipped over my appointment time completely so I give them a five star rating also they sent over my perscriptions over quickly

The Dr. knew how to address my son’s issues. He wasn’t quick to dismiss his condition as a simple case of eczema, like the other Dr.’s have done in the past, but a rare form of it, which needed to be treated as such. He was very detailed, and precise with his wording. He gave referral to a specialist for his condition. I highly recommend him.

Harold was very nice and I felt comfortable asking questions.
The wait time was a bit long. My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn’t see Harold until 3:15. The office didn’t seem busy but of course I don’t know what was happening behind the scenes.
The receptionist was very helpful gathering my past medical history and getting it into their system.
I required some blood work and they drew the blood in the office to send out. The assistant that drew the blood was very good and I enjoyed talking with him.
I would recommend Harold if you’re in need of a Primary Care provider.

I've been seen at this clinic before and it's always in and out no long waits in the waiting room. Appointments are not blocked by paperwork so they will let you finish after or during the wait between intake nurse and practician. No opioid prescriptions from this clinic. You do have to sign an adknowlegement.
