Dr. Baum is so kind and friendly. The office is small and a little outdated, but the chandelier gives you something fun to look at during your five-minutes-max of waiting. I'm terrified of doctors, but she is so calming and reliable that it felt like chatting with a new friend (whose hands were in my mouth and knew more about my teeth than I did) within the first ten minutes.

For once I found a wonderful and caring dentist who listened and answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was needed for my teeth. I highly recommend her. I rarely highly recommend any doctor's. I have another appointment coming up in another 2 weeks and looking forward ..

I hate paperwork before an appointment, that was the only downside. If you offer to complete the paperwork online, include all the paperwork. I do not take my time to complete beforehand to then come in and do more. My initial appointment was rescheduled but stuff happens so that’s fine. The doctor was nice and personable. I hope I finally found a good doctor to stick with.

Absolutely loved Dr. Baum, she was super nice and informative and patiently answered all my many questions. More than anything I felt like I could trust her and that she had my best interest at heart which should be a given with any medical provider but isn't always. This was one of the best dentist experiences I've ever had and I'm super excited to have found my new dentist here in the city. Can't say enough good things -- book now because I'm sending all my friends to her!

Dr. Baum at UWS Dentists is the absolute best. She saw me exactly on time for all of my appointments and she definitely saved my teeth following the pandemic. After almost 2 years of not going to the dentist, Dr. Baum filled multiple cavities and it was literally painless and super quick. Dr. Baum is extremely professional and provides excellent dental care. Not only that, but her bedside manner is unparalleled - truly a kind person who cares about her patients - a dentist you actually want to go see!! 10/10 would recommend.
