online appointment did not correspond to real doctors timetable. Thanks to doctor for reschedule it and for meeting with me. But I did not ask for antidepressants. I asked doctor if it can change an attention in my work. She said no, but medication instruction has another explanation. Doctor does not interesting about patient problems or needs. She works at standard algorithm. I will try to come one more time within scheduled appointment. Perhaps doctor can improve work stile.

Perhaps doctor don't stay in line with the medical assistant because asked same questions 2 times. No recommendations provided... Maybe doctors today know nothing without instrumental diagnostics. I will see next time after the blood test results and the imaging result. But I expected more attention or minimal recommendations after the overview.

Great staff, but a little too quiet. The staff didn’t engage much. Working in healthcare myself, I believe the office should be comfortable and welcoming. People enter spaces like this feeling ill and nervous at times. To walk in and see smiles of reassurance helps. Might I suggest playing soft music in the waiting room? Overall, the visit itself was fine.

The nurse and the doctor were both very condescending and unfriendly. I stumbled upon this doctor when Zocdoc compiled a list of providers who accept my insurance and provide contraception consultations. I tried to explain that this was the first time I ever tried to consult regarding contraception options in an effort to communicate my need for guidance, but both the nurse and doctor made me feel unintelligent for booking with someone who is not an OBGYN regarding this matter. I assumed that since this provider was included in the list Zocdoc created for me, she would be qualified to help me with my request. The doctor has prescribed pills for me at the very least and explained the associated risks in depth, so I appreciate that effort. I do not wish to come back.

Dr. Levan has been my primary care doctor for several years now. My overall experience with the office staff and with Dr. Levan or that they were a remarkable bunch of people , one doctor that when she schedules an appointment she’s generally right on time! I would say that this is one of the best doctors that I’ve ever been to in every manner of the word … I would highly recommend Dr. Levan to anyone looking for a great doctor!
