This was my first visit as a new patient, and I was very pleased with the experience. Dr. Jakus was incredibly thorough, taking the time to speak with me and address all of my concerns. She is both knowledgeable and approachable, which made me feel at ease. Daniella, who assisted her during the appointment, was also excellent. She listened attentively and provided me with a detailed summary of the medications and procedures we discussed. The office staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire visit. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jakus and her team.

Could not recommend this place less. I’m new to the area so was hoping to find a local derm and needed a retinol prescription refill. I waited over 50 minutes in the exam room only to be sold the doctor’s custom skincare regimen I didn’t need or ask for. I was told by the medical assistant that there would be a “fee” if I wanted a regular prescription sent since I don’t have active acne — news to me since that was the exact reason I was there… After probing further, she said my insurance might not cover it so it’s probably cheaper for me to just buy his custom retinol (oh okay). I asked that they try anyway, and shocker, my insurance covered it. Definitely do not recommend!!

Got an appointment right away for a sudden unsightly skin inflammation. I've been going to Dr. Brody for decades (I'm 81), & he always makes me & my skin feel better. His assistant Nus was kind, & gentle bandaging me up , & gave helpful info about after care.

The staff is wonderful, helpful and super patient. The doctor is amazing. Have been a patient for many reasons, Doctor is super thorough in going through any questions, concerns etc. Explained all suggested medicines and patiently discussed any and all concerns I had.

I did not have a great experience. I may have visited Dr. Brody on an off day. He was borderline condescending and insulting. I did not ask for treatments to make me look younger but he felt very comfortable to tell me what I needed saying that I make weird faces when I talk that causes lines and wrinkles that he can get rid of with Botox. He rubbed me the wrong way. There was also a very heavy push to buy their facial products. Apparently the products I use (Skinceuticals) is worth an eye roll. He is not someone I feel comfortable with.
