She is both knowledgeable and approachable, which made me feel at ease. Daniella, who assisted her during the appointment, was also excellent. She listened attentively and provided me with a detailed summary of the medications and procedures we discussed. The office staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Absolutely amazing dermatologist. Acquired my history and checked me regardless. She isn't trying to sell you anything but your health. Prior dermatologists insisted on advertising medications or treatments they had at the clinic. Dr. Jackus offered me advice, her time and her ears to listen to all I had to discuss.

Dr. Jakus carefully listened to my concerns and spoke with me as to how we could address them based on timeframe, conservative/aggressive, side effects, cost, and effectiveness. Dr. Jakus was AMAZING, and so was her staff. I got lost on my way but the receptionist helped me find my way to the office and greeted me warmly even though I was about 30 minutes late. I spent maybe 5 mins signing papers with one of the techs and then Dr.Jakus came in. Easily one of my longest appointments because I had so may questions and she answered all of them. I'm the pickiest person I know when it comes to my doctors and after about 5 years of searching, I have found my dermatologist.
