The friendly team at Brooklyn City Dental has more than 20 years of experience in cosmetic and general dentistry. Located in the brand new office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, our highly-rated dentists provide comprehensive dental care including Invisalign, implants, whitening, veneers and more.
Some of our services available include teeth whitening, fillings, tooth extractions, dentures, crowns and bridges, veneers, root canals, and endodontic retreatment. Brooklyn City Dental is also a certified Invisalign® provider, and the fellowship-trained dentists are also dental implant experts.
The multilingual office staff can converse in English, Russian, Hebrew, Farsi, Spanish, and Chinese. Furthermore, the Brooklyn City Dental team understands that dental insurance can be expensive and limiting. Because of this, they created an alternative for uninsured patients. The membership plan is $350.00, and it includes two dental cleanings annually along with any emergency visits needed. Plan members also receive up to 30% off of any dental treatment.

Brooklyn City Dental takes care of their patients. I had an amazing team take care of me today. Elanit (the dental hygienist) and Sara (the assistant) gave me both an incredible and thorough cleaning AND talked me through what was being done, why, and the cost. All of it was explained in a straight forward, kind and considerate manner. No judgment! All just care. I got a clear sense that everyone there, Elanit especially, wants me to have the healthiest teeth possible.

Went for a cleaning and ended up with more of a sales pitch. Normal process X-ray, cleaning, consultation not here. This process went X-ray, doctor came in to consult and advised someone else would be in to advise how much the work would cost. Gentleman comes in starts to run down pricing and totals after insurance coverage. Then offers 12 months no interest. Sure why not, got up and left. Never been to a dental office where it felt business like and not doctor patient.

I went in to the office for a checkup and they said they would schedule me for a cleaning. They mentioned something about a potential additional procedure that was out of pocket and said they would explain everything before I walked in.
I showed up to the appointment and asked for a breakdown of what will happen beyond the cleaning and they only had me schedule for the procedure that was outside of my copay.
It seemed off and the office manager came in to explain the procedure using google - end of the day i figured it might be necessary and asked to reschedule tor a later day thinking i was getting a normal cleaning today.
To that I was told i needed to put a deposit for the appointment to which I walked out

Going to Dentist is kind of always nerve-wracking, however , gron desk people are really warm and considerate.That help take the anxiety down some.
As far as the Doctor, he is great at what he does and he does it all. No need to see others for services.
Example: root canal, regular filling and even did acleaning for me.
Doctor was also kind and had great patient care. Very considerate and helpful.
I will recommend the office and of course my new Doctor.
