From front office to everyone in the back they were all very nice and caring. it was such a breath of fresh air to have everyone working together and making sure I was taken care of . I highly recommend this place to everyone! Dr himself was very attentive and made sure I was taken care of . They even came behind me after I left to make sure I got in the car ok.

I had a dental emergency and I was trying to get seen by multiple doctors. I was in excruciating pain and this office did not care. Said I missed my appointment by 15 minutes and had to wait another 3 hours in order to be seen with the doctor. The staff was not helpful at all no matter how much I pleaded with them about the pain I was in and all the running around I was doing just to be seen by a doctor. Would not recommend this place at all!

Overall, I would say the visit was ok. During my x-ray my inner gums got scratched and I barely got an apology. i had to ask multiple times to change the mouth piece.
They thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I wish I had asked more about the fluoride treatment such as how long does it stay on or given an explanation of the what not to do other than not eating and drinking for 2 hours and not brushing until night time. I was not able to drink my soup as it kept touching the paste and I thought the recommended two hours was the time necessary for the fluoride to finish working.

Dr. Mashihi is a really great dentist/doctor. He is diligent and meticulous in his work, as well as truly cares for his patients. I visited him for consultation, and I appreciate the time and care that Dr. Mashihi took too go over the condition of my teeth. He clearly and confidently proposed a course of action and next steps. The staff in the clinic are also very friendly and happy to assist in any way they can. I look forward to coming back to Dr. Mashihi’s practice.

Dentist appointments are always nerve wracking experiences, but the staff at this facility made it as easy as possible. They took X-rays and photos of my mouth to help determine what needs to be done. It helped when explaining it to me. I had a general cleaning done, and had to make another appointment for next steps.

This was my first time at this dental office for a routine checkup and cleaning and I had a great experience. The office assistant was very nice and helpful with paperwork and with booking my next appointment. I was seen right away and had some X-rays taken. Dr. Rony Mashihi made me feel comfortable so I was able to ask any questions or concerns about my oral health. I received informative responses as he went through my x-rays and cleaning. He made some suggestions and recommendations which were helpful for my needs. Thank you!

This dentist was AMAZING. Went in for an emergency visit to fix a tooth crown. He did exactly what was needed and provided insight for future health. While he doesn't take our dental insurance he did work with us to make this appointment financially possible. We will do what we can to try to keep him as our family dentist moving forward.

My visits to the Dentist are always pleasant. Dr. Mashihi and Avi always keep me well informed on every procedure that is needed for my teeth, and that I'll be completing next. Oh! And, I'm never in pain because the doctor makes sure I'm always comfortable. God bless him.

You are never in for a surprise with him, with regards to procedures &/or fees! We have been seeing him as our family dentist for over six years and he is second to none!

I just went his office to check my general tooth health and he told me that I need three different root canals and the next time I see him he said that I need to wait my insurance and just made my upper teeth smaller I don’t know why now I’m not comfortable with it I just don’t have any idea what happened!!!

I was a little disappointed in the wait time. I waited almost 25 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Mashihi seemed very rushed during my visit.

Waited about 10 minutes before getting called in. Dr. Mashihi was very nice and explained all the X-rays of my teeth. Did a quick cleaning and was in and out of the office within 45 minutes.
