Very efficient. Very proficient and detailed. Also offers detailed medical eye exam which I always opt for. Need to have medical insurance cover or pay out of pocket additional for the eye medical exam which is different from vision care and standard vision test.

Waited more than an hour to have the office not realize I was an established patient. Took my glasses to adjust without actually telling me my correct measurement and specifically asking to just get the measurement, NOT taking my glasses and adjusting for me. I really liked the provider but the office staff was so disorganized and it reflected in the general temperament in all the patients who were there for hours and upset as well. Will not be returning.

Dr. Cederholm is no longer with this practice, but I saw a doctor named Ken who was very nice and thorough. All of the staff were wonderful and explained all of the tests in detail.

I actually met with Dr Kim at the facility instead of Dr Lucy. But Dr Kim had an awesome bedside manner, explained everything really well and was incredibly patient. It was a beautiful experience!

I had a great experience! I was seen pretty quickly by the doctor who was very patient and explained everything to me. I also was trying to get contacts as a new contract wearer and Pat, one of the woman who works there, was beyond patient with me and took so much time to help me learn how to wear contacts. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I did not see the doctor that ZocDoc booked me with so I am not able to accurately review this doctor. It seems to be a poorly working system with ZocDoc. It made my experience a bit confusing and disorienting because I had no idea what to expect from the doctor I saw, who did end up being really great but who is not available on this app.

This was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. They have all high-tech equipment and perform a large number of tests to evaluate eye health. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wait, but well worth it.

Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time. Was not seen till nearly an hour after my appointment time.
The doctor and staff were extremely, polite, professional, and friendly. If not for the long wait, I would have rated 5 stars easily.

The provider I booked was not the one I saw, I asked the office about this and they agreed it should be updated. All the people I spoke to: front desk, technician, doctor were 100% professional and friendly. The long waiting line was over an hour so I will not fo back there again

Seems like other patients have had the same exact and very strange experience with Dr. Cederholm.
She put some weird collagen plugs into my tear ducts without explaining what it was or what she was doing or asking if I am okay with it
Luckily they dissolve in a couple of weeks but I will definitely not be returning for a follow up visit

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From staff to terrible wait times. I waited 1 hour in order to see a technician and bedside manner of full staff was so off. Furthermore with COVID restrictions - they need to have hand sanitizer more readily available.

I had a really odd experience with Dr. Cederholm that makes me wary of seeing her again. I had noted that I was experiencing dry eyes on my intake form, and she seemed to immediately notice that. She explained that that was common, often caused by looking at screens for extended periods, and age. She didn't really ask me to describe my symptoms, or evaluate how much of an issue it was for me. Instead, she said, 'Let's try something', then proceeded to give me a drop in each eye, then implanted a tear duct plug in my right tear duct.
She did not tell me what she was doing, nor ask for my consent before doing this.
I was taken aback while she was going through this, and only after I asked what she was doing did she explain what the procedure was.
Furthermore, the implant was a temporary sample that would dissolve in a week, and after she finished, she encouraged me to set up another appointment in 2 weeks to have the permanent plug implanted. It felt like she was pressuring me to buy this product, without any consideration for the fact that I may not want it.

My visit with Lucy Cederholm, OD was a beautiful visit, and the other staff was just as beautiful. This establishment was very professional and safe during this trying time. Call and make an appointment. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was an unpleasant visit. I waited for over an hour, and Doctor Cederholm was quite rude. Her manner was icy and condescending which was unexpected and made me uncomfortable. It felt like she resented me for even being at her office- I just needed an eye exam so I don't know why she was behaving that way.
