I have been working with Sybil for about 1.5 years, and it has honestly changed my life. I've worked with several mental health counselors over the years, and Sybil has been the most conscientious, holistic, and informed provider, by far. Her approach to somatic therapy has helped me to become more mindful, and less reactive. My method of thinking has shifted to one that is more supportive of my own experience, and I have had significantly reduced episodes of trauma responses and panic attacks. I feel safer in my body. I have grown to shift my expectations for safe and loving relationships, of all kinds. This is not just talk therapy -- this is an evolution in the way you inhabit your body. She has changed therapy into something that I genuinely look forward to, each week.
