Dr Nigen is fantastic! Extremely nice and good beside manor. I’ve seen him for 2 separate issues over the past 2 years. Each time he recommended the least intrusive option, always saving injections and surgery as a last option. Really appreciate this especially when it involves the hand. He always explains the most likely condition and the various ways they can be treated.

Dr. Nigen has an incredible bedside manner with deep expertise. He listens well, is very diligent and thoughtful in his approach and provides clear explanations and will adjust his speaking to your level of knowledge (mine was low and he explained exactly what could be happening with my body). He provided a plan of action that improved my mobility and reduced my pain dramatically in a number of weeks.

Amazing doctor! I have not seen a doctor with the enthusiasm of Dr. Nigen in a while. He took his time to explain the images of the MRI, answered all my questions related to the injury, and took his time to answer other issues I had. Don't look around for another doctor; he is the real thing.

Well organized center. Wait time: 30' (Super fast compared to any other health center in the US probably). European insurance: accepted, no confusions, no complications. Girl at the window: super sweet, helpful and friendly. Dr. David Nigen is lovely and very professional. Straight to the point, found and named my issue in seconds. I don't wish to go back lol, but this will always be my first choice.

Doctor david Nigen is very intelligent in his field aware of new medical practices, is a good listener and takes the time to examine your complaints. I made an appointment with him and was seen within 3 days. I can't say enough about Dr. Nigen. Kind, smart, thoughtful and patient. He answered all my questions, never spoke down to me, showed that he cared more about my well being than about him being able to do a surgery or not (as many surgeons do). A model of how doctors should be.
