Brown Family Health provides convenient, compassionate primary care for adults through secure telehealth visits across New York and in-person appointments by appointment in Westbury. We offer preventive care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, same-day sick visits, medication management, smoking cessation, weight management, addiction treatment (MAT), and New York medical cannabis evaluations. Our goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care that is accessible, respectful, and centered on your individual health needs. New patients are welcome. We accept self-pay, Medicare, Medicaid, and will continue expanding our insurance network. Same-day appointments may be available.
