Waited almost 40 minutes before I was seen after my scheduled appointment. X-rays took over an hour and a half with their new technician and an additional hour and a half for cleaning and to see the dentist. Was not informed that I had to pay for parking and was not given the QR code for discounted rate. Office was nice, dentist (not the one I scheduled my appointment with) was nice and informing, but not sure if this is a place where I would return. The front desk staff was less than friendly and provided no updates while I was waiting

Able to quickly address & fix my concerns on short notice painless procedure and kept asking if I was ok & happy with results/filling which is great b/c I usually avoid going to the dentist out of fear for pain. Highly recommend!

Dr. Novosel and her team were great. Everyone was very attentive, explained every procedure clearly to me, and make sure that I left with a treatment plan based on my needs and what I wanted (both for oral health and cosmetic dentistry). I was looking for a new dentist, so I’m excited to have found this one! I’ll be coming back and recommending her to others!
