I never received a log in for my appointment. I called the phone number to the office 15 minutes, and 5 minutes before to get a log in. I did not receive a call back. Finally got a log in 5 minutes after the appointment time. Waited until 15 minutes after. Dr came on and told me it was cut off time. I called him out on not sending the link. Then during the appointment he accused me of throwing a fit. Disrespectful. And he never reviewed the intake forms I spent an hour filling out. It was a waste of time and money.

Dr. Lao was very nice, and he listened to my concerns. We talked about the best treatment options for me, and made a follow up appointment during my visit. I cannot recommend him more!
