Great experience overall! Easy to book and could get an appointment very quickly. Didn’t have to wait in the waiting room, they saw me right away! I also thought the receptionist was very welcoming and the digital check in process was seamless. The dermatologist helped diagnose my condition right away and the prescription provided is really helpful so far so I’m very satisfied. The office is in a very nice area too and easy to get to straight off route 202!

Insurance:
Accepted my cards information 4 days prior but didn’t figure out my deductibles so it was a wild guess.
staff didn’t have my insurance on file as I visited and asked for a physical card then regretted it without apologizing cuz they found it elsewhere. Small problem but can tell they aren’t familiar with working with Zocdoc and wasn’t friendly as if it was my fault.
Payment: confusing. Has my card info as a must upon entrance, never gave me receipts or estimations, then emailed me among all the ads about payments.
2 locations make sure you go to the right one.
Doctor didn’t respond to my follow up although the pharmacy tried to contact them on my behalf.
Environment at Lancaster was nice, very clean with lots of RN, doctor looks professional and clear cut as my problem was resolved in minutes & prescribed. Doctor asked for a follow-up but no staff followed through
good rate for:Solved my problem only because my problem was small just bad acnes wrongly self-diagnosed.
