Great experience overall! Easy to book and could get an appointment very quickly. Didn’t have to wait in the waiting room, they saw me right away! I also thought the receptionist was very welcoming and the digital check in process was seamless. The dermatologist helped diagnose my condition right away and the prescription provided is really helpful so far so I’m very satisfied. The office is in a very nice area too and easy to get to straight off route 202!

Insurance:
Accepted my cards information 4 days prior but didn’t figure out my deductibles so it was a wild guess.
staff didn’t have my insurance on file as I visited and asked for a physical card then regretted it without apologizing cuz they found it elsewhere. Small problem but can tell they aren’t familiar with working with Zocdoc and wasn’t friendly as if it was my fault.
Payment: confusing. Has my card info as a must upon entrance, never gave me receipts or estimations, then emailed me among all the ads about payments.
2 locations make sure you go to the right one.
Doctor didn’t respond to my follow up although the pharmacy tried to contact them on my behalf.
Environment at Lancaster was nice, very clean with lots of RN, doctor looks professional and clear cut as my problem was resolved in minutes & prescribed. Doctor asked for a follow-up but no staff followed through
good rate for:Solved my problem only because my problem was small just bad acnes wrongly self-diagnosed.

I really didn't feel that my eczema and allergy concerns were sufficiently addressed. They prescribed me the same steroid cream I already received from an urgent care near my home. No new recommendations were made, and no tests were ordered to determine any potential causes of my sensitive, eczema-prone skin.

He is friendly, extremely knowledge, communicated on exactly my level, thorough (I had about twenty questions & he never rushed me for a second), and kind. Dr. Albornoz was great. Paid a lot of attention, addressed all my questions and concerns and was quite thorough and provided a lot of practical advice. His nurse was very standoffish, awkward and curt and didn't follow through later with information she was asked to provide. They also took no pictures and should have mentioned pricing of their internal products beforehand. Their receptionist was great too. Hopefully this feedback would help improve future experience.

Doctor and staff was nice, just felt like this office was more focused towards cosmetic changes rather than other skin issue. Really did not got any proper solution rather than just asking to eat same medication.
If I knew I had to go allergist, I would have gone there sooner than going to dermatologist.

I have seen Dr. Peters twice for skin spots, and he used an instrument to freeze them off, which was successful and was covered by my insurance. Today I saw Dr. Peters for some cosmetic dermatology. He explained the possible procedures and what was involved, and worked with me to choose the ones I thought suited me best. His bedside manner was very caring and he took time to make sure I was happy with the result. His office staff is very efficient and caring also!
