BTC Therapeutic Services provides individual therapy for adolescents starting at 14 years old and above. We specialize in evidence-based therapy frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our therapists are also trained in Flash Technique for Rapid Trauma Processing, offering a comprehensive approach to mental health and well-being.
