The office was hard to find at first due to construction, but once found it was a great experience. The office was clean, the staff was great, and Dr. Guffin was personable and nice. I would definitely go again.

I scheduled an appointment for a hearing test. However, once I got there, they actually didn't have the person working that day to conduct the hearing test. Since I already paid my copay and such, I went ahead and addressed some other concerns I had with the doctor. He then scoped my nose/throat and I was sent a huge bill a couple weeks later. I didn't even get the treatment I came for and left with a bill I couldn't afford.

Dr. Guffin took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss his thoughts, and come up with a game plan to treat ongoing sinus issues. I found him to be patient and the appointment didn’t at all feel rushed. Overall excellent experience.

I was very impressed with this office, the support staff and Dr Guffin were above par! They were super friendly and the office was very clean! The only thing I would request is completely validated parking... or at least let us know that you have to pay for parking prior to your appointment. Other than that, everything was excellent! I will return for sure!

I have been to about 3 appointments with Dr. Guffin and they were all wonderful. He is very pleasant to speak with and he cares about giving treatment that will actually help and not just because he can. He was thorough in investigating my problem and not quick to jump into a surgery even though he could have justified it. The staff is friendly as well. My wait time was never more than 10 min or so and they were understanding and accommodating when I ran late to an appointment and another time when I had to suddenly reschedule. They valIdate parking 50% off and always have goodies at the front desk for patients like candy, card holders for your phone, pens, etc. Great experience almost makes me want to keep going even though I don’t need to!

It was a quick appointment, but Dr. Guffin was kind and took time to listen to my concerns and provided recommendations and suggestions for my ailment. I did not feel rushed or talked down to. I felt liked he listened to me and made the attempts to help me. I would recommend Dr. Guffin to anyone who is looking for a decent ENT doctor.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I made a same day appointment and when I arrived, I was seen right away. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
