I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, addressing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life crises/transitions, and identity issues. Also specialize in women's issues throughout the life span and life transitions (puberty, motherhood/ Post Partum, Midlife). My approach is integrative, blending body, mind, and spirit to facilitate healing and growth. My approach is tailored individually the the specific need of your unique journey. Some of the techniques I use include somatic exploration, breathwork, Focusing, EMDR, and Mindfulness as well as traditional wisdom (Shamanism, Buddhism) when appropriate, to widen one's perspective in the issues at hand. I use a multi-temporal approach, focusing on the present, while exploring past experiences to understand their impact today. I strive to create for you a safe, supportive, and transformative space, helping you to navigate life's complexities, to become stronger and more aligned with your true self and goals.
