Excelsior Healthcare
Excelsior Healthcare is a primary care clinic that includes Buford-Norcross Primary Care, P.C. (BNPC) and Buford and Lawrenceville Family Practice.
BNPC was started in Norcross, Georgia in 1999 by Christine Bao M.D. as a solo practice. Since then, the practice has been joined by Steven He M.D., Patrick Huynh D.O., and Alice-Wei You M.D. Our medical team also includes Georgiana Fu, James Xin, Cathy Lee, Linh Huynh and Ngoc Le.
Buford Family Practice was established in 2006 as a full-service patient care facility in Buford. After then expanded to Lawrenceville so that we can provide excellent medical services and immigration physical exam to more patients across Georgia.
At Excelsior Healthcare we see patients 12 years and older. We do not offer virtual/tele visits. All confirmed bookings are for in-person office visits (unless otherwise stated). For annual physical exams/check-ups, we request that patients fast for at least 8 hours before scheduled appointment time (no food or drink except water).

dr. christine was very understanding and took my concerns about what i came in with to heart. i only had to wait a few minutes after checking in to be seen. the reception staff was welcoming and informative. i will definitely come back to excelsior healthcare again whenever im feeling under the weather!

The clinics need to be more organized. We have waited for 30 min with an appointment and the doctor kept asking us to schedule another appointment though we haven't talked much. The staff were very friendly but they could improve on establishing patient's profile, making the whole process more efficient and organized.
