The lady at the front desk was fairly pushy and gossiped about patients. I went in for a pap smear and the doctor allowed the receptionist to be in the room at the same time even though she didn't need to be I don't recommend this place for someone who is shy and likes their business to be just between them and their doctor.

I enjoyed my appointment with the Dr and the staff is kind but this is an urgent care clinic in a shopping center so just be aware of that.

Overall, great place. I was disappointed that they’re website & Zocdoc said they accepted my insurance, when I done, they said they didn’t accept it. Otherwise, it was fine. They were very busy but was handling everything fine. I would use them again. Friendly staff.

Ms. Adu and her assistant were great! I loved my experience with her. However, the receptionist at the front desk was incompetent and rude. I hope to receive better service from her next time. But other than that I would highly recommend Ms. Adu

The office is definitely a little unorganized. To enter a doctors office and see the front staff not wear masks properly, was a little uneasy. Everyone receives a Covid test and results are said to come the next day. I didn’t receive any results and when I called back 2 days later, I was on hold while they LOOKED for my results. I was on hold so long that I hung up.
Dr. Adu was pleasant and kind… As well as the nurse/dr that assisted before she came in the room. Don’t hesitate if you need to see a good dr. It was great to get a same day appointment.
