Dr. Kim is very kind & efficient. This was literally the gentlest teeth cleaning I’ve had in YEARS and everything took less than 1 hour for a full cleaning, do all my x-rays, and discuss my concerns. The office is beautiful and very clean.

I had a great experience at C Dental with Dr. Caroline Kim. She was honest, thorough, and incredibly patient with me, especially knowing that I have dental anxiety. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I also really appreciated that she spent time helping me understand my insurance coverage. Dr. Kim is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!

I especially appreciated that she was careful about recommending the appropriate specialist when needed rather than performing a procedure that would be better handled by someone with specialized expertise. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend C Dental.

I went in to get a root canal that I've been needing for months but haven't been able to afford. When I arrived I did not receive the care I expected and needed. Instead she referred me to a snooty, high class endodonist in midtown, and they claimed they had to do a few scans before the procedure (not covered by my insurance). I couldn't afford it ON TOP of the crazy charges for the crown I'd need after from this office... I'm just genuinely baffled by the whole experience. Why would you even accept the appointment if you know you're not doing the root canal? Why not call and warn me??? Why waste my time and take x-rays, deducting even more from my allotted insurance??????? So I did not end up getting the care I needed and I'm still existing with pretty bad tooth pain. I would absolutely not recommend this garbage office, such an annoying waste of time... Like not even a phone call warning me...

My appointment with Dr. Kim was great! She was very attentive to my dental concerns and took the time to walk me through the reasoning behind each procedure, something I’ve never experienced with any of my dentists in the past. On top of that, her office is just beautiful and really made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming.

I had a great experience with Dr. Kim and her team. From the moment I walked in, the office felt clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Everyone was professional and genuinely kind, which meant a lot since I’ve always had some dental anxiety.
Dr. Kim was fantastic. She has a calm, reassuring presence and clearly explained each step of the procedure without making it feel overwhelming. What stood out most was how gentle she was, which made a huge difference in my comfort level. I barely felt any pain at all.
She also worked efficiently and confidently, making the whole visit feel smooth and easy. For someone who usually feels nervous about dental appointments, this was a completely different experience. I’d highly recommend Dr. Kim, especially for anyone who feels anxious about going to the dentist.
