The doctor's office does not use the Zoc Doc forms... which I had filled out. They have their own set of forms which they e-mailed me and I filled out and scanned back to me. A suggestion for your otherwise very good service: Don't put patients to the time/effort of filling out Zoc Doc forms unlelss you are sure they'll be accepted.
Also the ZocDoc time appointment (1:30 p.m.) didn't work for the office... but they saw me the same day at 2:45 p.m. They said sometimes Zoc Doc appointments are not in sync with the doctor's schedule.

It was OK. He didn’t advocate for medications and send me off. He listened, but I’m partly discouraged that this visit could’ve been expensive and I didn’t learn anything new except that TMJ can cause tinnitus. My issue still exists with no clear end in sight. I understand diagnoses don’t always lead to cures, but the ambiguity around tinnitus in this visit makes me wonder if I’m being harsh. He seemed like a nice gentlemen.

I went to this doctor around 2 years ago. I had a terrible sinusitis infection and he just sent me Advil. I had to call to my doctor in Mexico to ask him what to do and what to take and that was the way I healed. My husband wanted to try again cause he’s been with a horrible whistle on his lungs and He just sent musinex!!! Of course He’s not getting any better. He didn’t even hear his lungs. So not recommended at ALL. Our second time trying and He didn’t heal any of us.
