Caban Metabolic Wellness

Caban Metabolic Wellness is a physician-led telemedicine practice focused on perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and metabolic health. I’m Dr. Amanda L. Cabán Herrera, a board-certified Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician. I help women who feel like their body has changed — weight gain, poor sleep, brain fog, fatigue, mood changes, hot flashes, low energy, or symptoms that are often dismissed as “normal labs,” stress, or aging. This is a cash pay practice whose philosophy is to provide you with the time and attention not available to patients going through the traditional insurance model. The initial consultation is $200 and lasts approximately 45 minutes. A $100 non-refundable payment is required to reserve the appointment and is applied toward the consultation fee. Care is available in English and Spanish for patients in Puerto Rico, Florida, and Texas. You may schedule your visit directly through this booking platform.
