Callum Counseling, LLC
Reaching out for help with substance use can feel overwhelming. You may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, carrying shame, or wondering if change is even possible. You are not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your relationship with substances with honesty and curiosity. My approach is person-centered and compassionate, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what truly matters to you. Whether you’re questioning your use, navigating recovery, coping with relapse, or trying to understand the deeper emotional roots of substance use
We work together to create a path forward that feels supportive and sustainable. Substance use often develops as a way to cope—with stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. In therapy, we gently explore these underlying experiences while building healthier tools for coping, regulation, and self-understanding. My goal
is not to judge or force change, but to support you in reconnecting with your strengths and your capacity to heal. Healing is not about perfection—it’s about progress, self-compassion, If you’re feeling ready for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your recovery journey.
