Welcome ... If you are struggling, feeling overwhelmed, unable to motivate self, feeling isolated, anxious or depressed, in an unhealthy relationship, struggling with low self esteem, dealing with loss, and not sure where to turn, I use a holistic approach in my practice and we will start where you are in this moment. I provide services for teens, adults and seniors. You no longer have to face your struggles alone. I provide a strength-based, trauma-informed approach in treatment and look forward to hearing from you so we can begin your healing process.
