My experience with Giovanni was great! I was seeking out an appointment for a dermatological concern and was recommended this practice via Zocdoc. Despite it coming up in the search results for "dermatologist", there is no dermatologist within this practice and I wish Zocdoc did a better job of disclosing. However, my skin concern was straightforward enough for Giovanni to be able to diagnose it and prescribe medication, while also referring me to a specialist who would be able to address any further specific dermatological concerns. All in all I enjoyed my experience with Giovanni and the practice overall, even it if wasn't what I'd originally sought out!

The staff was so friendly when checking me in and setting up my follow ups. I was seen by Giovanni and he was just a breath of fresh air! I’ve previously had poor experiences with doctors making me feel bad about my health deficits, and worsening my health anxiety. Giovanni made me feel very calm and comfortable. He’s competent, confident, and extremely approachable. I feel like I can be honest without judgement, and that he has my best interest in mind. Feeling excited to have found a kind and understanding pcp!

I booked an appointment with NP Giovanni Rodriguez because I wanted to get a second opinion from my primary care physicians diagnosis. Giovanni and his entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I will definitely book an appointment in the future if I’m unable to see my primary care physician. Highly recommended!

Dr. Morales is a very professional and generally comforting physician. His office was able to see me on relatively short notice, which was necessary and appreciated. There was a bit of a wait once I got there, but I do believe it was largely due to me being a new, same-day patient with associated difficulties processing my insurance. The office is busy and the phone rings often, which may be an issue for sound-sensitive patients. Highly recommend for accessible location and responsive, professional care.
