Most relevant
I was not seen by this provider I went out the way to the office and went by ZocDocs review of my insurance. When I arrived no one knew who I was until 2minutes later and one of the office workers said she tried to call me to tell me sorry and that they did not take my insurance. There was no missed call or email from her. Customer service was poor in this case.
