Mrs. Tammy was by far the best psychiatric provider that I have ever encountered in my 47 years. She opens the call with a smile and appears genuinely happy to meet you. She is pleasant. She listens to all concerns and provides knowledgeable and clear answers. She explains all medications and the plan of care in detail. I cannot brag enough on this provider.

I am new to the state of Arizona from a life in Louisiana. I have been on several medications for years. Not a single doctor after multiple tries here would read my previous medical history and they out-right refused to prescribe my medications. Mrs.Tammy answered and greeted me with a warm smile. She reviewed my history and treated me like a person versus a number as most other doctors do. She was caring, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my needs. He was very upfront and understanding, although our original video chat method thru Zocdoc didn’t work, Robbie managed to make sure that we got on that video call no matter what. He listens to all my current issues and past issues are taken into account. He’s very forward with what treatment looks like and what the next steps are. I highly recommend!

He explained medications, the different types, what they're prescribed for and how there are different ways to determine what medications might work better for a particular person. I had an appointment with Kara and got stood up. An hour prior I got an email requesting I complete documents. I spent an hour inputting my information and analyzing myself, my past and my goals. I completed the many documents before my schedule appointment which was for 3:50. I never got any message on further instructions for my virtual appointment. At 3:56 I received an email stating they needed “more information before your appointment” even though my appointment time was passed. There was no information on what information they needed. I called the office multiple times but never got to speak with anyone. It’s been a week and I still have yet to hear from Kara or any other staff members. It’s extremely unfortunate because people making appointments with a therapist are clearly seeking some sort of help. If you are that someone, I suggest you leave Kara’s profile and find another professional, because she clearly is not suited.

Haley is very mindful of my needs as a patient, specifically with trying to manage my symptoms without overmedicating me. I’ve always felt like I was given a chance to ask questions, and be given honest feedback. Her expertise has really made a difference in my mental health in a way that no other provider has been able to do before.

It felt like I had to do real work to convince Haley of how I am feeling. She seems very distracted during appointments, and often times rude. It felt like she was rolling her eyes at me. She didn't give me clear instructions on how to proceed with treatment, and put me on and took me off medication without really getting to know me. I would not recommend.

Haley is great. She listens, wants to get to know her patients, and is positive and friendly. When I booked my appointment with her, I was under the impression that she offers psychiatric care combined with therapy, but she recommended I find a separate therapist. In regard to psychiatric care, however, she checks all the boxes.

Haley is great! Having to find a new doctor in a new place seemed daunting to me, especially since I had worked with the same psychiatrist for three decades. After a move across the country, I had to change, though, and was very nervous because establishing a connection with a mental health professional can go so very, very wrong.
Within minutes, however, I felt completely at home with Haley. She asked all of the right questions and listened carefully to my responses. Because of her professionalism and knowledge, I felt confident in her suggestion to tweak one of my current meds. She assured me that I could contact her if I experienced any problems prior to our next appointment. She made it clear that she would follow up with me regularly, which increased my confidence in her.
I highly recommend Haley, while selfishly hoping she doesn’t get too busy to take care of me!
