Is a great great provider.. I have had my share and I definitely recommend her she is a great at communicating/ she is straight to the point, as well as she and her Staff are great at promptly getting your needs taken care of quickly. Definitely 10/10!

I almost cried during my visit! I felt listened too and understood for the first time. It took me a long time to make the decision to look elsewhere from the PCP I’ve been seeing for a very long time. I am so excited to move forward with my health.

Booked appointment the night before morning of appointment. Signed into waiting room on zo doc and the doctor joined the meeting however wasn’t aware of meeting but was fantastic I’m still getting me set up with same day appointment. WAs recommend to zo doc by friend and I know two people who have successfully completed their appointments with docs from this platform and still see the docs to this day, two years later. The doc was a great listener and knowledgeable and made me confident that she cares about me and my health. Prescribed exactly what I needed same day and was able to get my prescription same day! Now I can start the year off with confidence it will be a great start! Would highly recommend

She was very friendly, and this made me feel comfortable. Additionally, she appeared compassionate and understanding of my situation/medication needs. My only problem was with the computer application, so we completed the session via landline phone. No need to stress out over technical glitches. I am also impressed with her assistant who was very reachable, a trait not found very often these days. I will call to schedule my follow up appointment within the next week.

I had an appointment with Kara and got stood up. An hour prior I got an email requesting I complete documents. I spent an hour inputting my information and analyzing myself, my past and my goals. I completed the many documents before my schedule appointment which was for 3:50. I never got any message on further instructions for my virtual appointment. At 3:56 I received an email stating they needed “more information before your appointment” even though my appointment time was passed. There was no information on what information they needed. I called the office multiple times but never got to speak with anyone. It’s been a week and I still have yet to hear from Kara or any other staff members. It’s extremely unfortunate because people making appointments with a therapist are clearly seeking some sort of help. If you are that someone, I suggest you leave Kara’s profile and find another professional, because she clearly is not suited.
