I began to see Patty July 2022. I came to her broken, depressed, hopeless, overwhelmed with life, lost and confused. I knew immediately after the first session that I would heal and become the version of myself that I always knew I was capable of becoming. It has been 7 months of consistent counseling, and I have now learned how to set boundaries!! This is something that I’ve struggled with for 35 years and didn’t think was possible. Patty helps challenge my way of thinking. I feel so comfortable telling her anything because she doesn’t judge. She’s excellent at getting to the route of the issue. After every session with Patty, I feel like I have direction and control over my life, whereas before, I felt overwhelmed and out of control. I get so much out of our sessions that I want to see her every week! Our sessions keep me on track and help me feel “unstuck”. If Patty can help someone like me, she can help you too. She’s excellent!

I was very skeptical and with my health I was depressed and didn’t think one session would help but she was very nice and able to turn my day upside down in a good way. I felt a lot better and safer to leave her office that day as I was really struggling before coming and almost didn’t even make it.

Patty is very personalbe and a great listener. Her ability to be non judgemental and truly empathetic to my issues is reasoning. Therapy, for me, requires a good guide through ones thoughts, feelings, & experiences, and helps the patient find answers and proper coping mechanisms from within Patty provides these for myself. She also has learned over time my stress trigges, and helps alleviate them by taking them out. Getting out of my head, and more into my ernotrus.
