I need a tooth pulled, in some pain, my mouth and teeth have seen better days. They would not pull the tooth without putting bone in afterwards, all of my teeth have been pulled in the old fashioned way, why now would you want to put ground up cow cartilage or whatever in now? And I'm still in pain so I don't rate this visit to high because nothing I went there for got anywhere near done.

While booking this appt I entered Medicare as my insurance and appt was scheduled. When I arrived at the office I was told that they do not accept Medicare patients. The doctor was not in the office at all.

Great service and were extremely helpful. They were very proactive at helping me deal with insurance and giving me options for treatment. I really appreciated how understanding they were with my treatment and how friendly they were the entire time.

My only complaint is that I have very very sensitive gums and teeth and he wasn’t very gentle like I asked, my teeth hurt for three days after. I highly doubt someone with normal teeth would have any complaints though. He was good at answering all my questions and asking me the right clarifying questions. I was surprised the dentist actually cleaned my teeth and not an assistant. I waited maybe 30 minutes to be seen, staff was very friendly. They speak Spanish.

I think I waited for 30 minutes, not too bad. It was really busy the waiting room was full. They’re pretty efficient though, once they saw me they were pretty quick and asked me good questions and answered all my questions.
