Everyone at Canyon View was really kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable and well informed about what was going on. A bit more expensive than other dentists, but the experience overall was worth it.

The visit went well with very courteous people, but at the end they told me they could not help me with a new partial and referred me to another dentist. The problem is I have never been turned away from any dentist and they did not explain why I needed another dentist. Like what was the problem in my mouth that prevented them taking care of me. I would have liked a reason explained to me but none was given.

Not sure how this place has such high reviews... the girls were nice at first. But after I asked to see how much insurance covers of projected work and asked only service that is covered by insurance their attitude changed. No more friendly smiles. No more Netflix. Long waiting time... felt pushed towards their service. They must work on commission or quotas. Yes, it's a very nice place but VERY expensive! Not sure if I'll go again. Also, heard the girls gossiping... not very professional.

My mom was visiting us from outside of country and we got her a discount plan. My dental provider does not take that so we found this place via zocdoc. Was able to get an appointment relatively soon so that's a plus. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice office environment and super friendly, understanding staffs and providers and they made my mom's first dental experience here in the States very relaxing. 10 out of 10! I am pretty happy with my current provider which is 5 min away from where I live, otherwise, I would definitely switch here!
